Order Processing

We begin the fabrication process upon receipt of full payment within 24 hours.  Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.  We strive to make the order process fit into your workflow.  Contact us if you prefer to make purchases in a more hands-on way (receive a quote/ invoice/pay by check) .

Special Fabric Treatments

Topical and back-coating treatments may change the color, hand or performance of our fabrics. Studio Two will not accept responsibility for undesirable changes to any fabric that has been processed by an outside finisher.  Please take into consideration additional yardage requirements when planning to process any Studio Two fabrics.

Lead Times

Fabric orders are currently being custom-produced and ready for pre-shipment inspection within 10 days.  We usually ship 10-14 days after full payment is processed.  Please allow additional time for shipping.

Shipping & Delivery

We usually ship 10-14 days after full payment is processed.  Delivery times may vary according to carrier, and Studio Two cannot be responsible for delays due to shipping.  Please specify in your order if a specific carrier is requested, otherwise we will ship most expedient.  We ship F.O.B Pennsylvania Freight Collect.  What this means is that the Buyer assumes responsibility for all shipping charges, and from the moment the package is picked up for delivery, Buyer assumes responsibility for loss or damage during shipping.  We will ship to a receiving dock or any destination of your choice.

Freight Claims

Studio Two cannot be responsible for damages which occur in transit, storage or delivery. For assistance in filing your freight claims, please contact the freight carrier.

Returns

As our textiles are made-to-order, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has begun.  We inspect our yardage prior to shipping; if there is a defect we will contact the Buyer immediately and advise if there is an issue affecting the order’s timeliness.

Yardage must be inspected upon delivery for any flaws of pattern, color, quantity and quality.  Once fabric has been cut or processed in any way by the purchaser, Studio Two will not accept returns.

All requests for returns and credit must be made within 15 days of the delivery date.  Any authorized returns for undamaged merchandise may be subject to a 25% restocking fee and all freight charges.  Merchandise Credits are non-transferrable and may not be redeemed for cash.  Except as otherwise required by law, merchandise credits expire twelve (12) months from the issue date.

If you would like to benefit from trade pricing and service tailored to trade professionals, please contact us to establish an account.  Please include a minimum of two documents which demonstrate your trade status and you will be sent a code for trade pricing.  Valid forms of trade documents include:

  • EIN/Tax ID Number
  • Trade Association Membership
  • Social Media Account / Website URL
